PATIENT EDUCATION

A healthy smile starts with what you do every day.
Here are 4 simple Habits for Healthier Teeth:
Brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes each time. Two minutes gives you enough time to properly clean the different areas of your mouth and remove plaque that can lead to cavities.
Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and brush gently. Brushing harder doesn't mean brushing better โ too much pressure can damage your gums and enamel. Replace your toothbrush when the bristles become worn or frayed.
Don't forget between your teeth. Cleaning between your teeth every day helps remove plaque and food that your toothbrush can't easily reach. The easiest routine is the one you'll actually remember, so find a time that works for you and stick with it.
Good oral care is all about consistency. Keep up your daily routine and combine it with regular dental check-ups and professional cleaning to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
